Tires Plus

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Tires Plus location, especially with the manager. The way I was spoken to was very rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. At times, the tone and manner of communication felt racially insensitive and discriminatory, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. He got same attitude each time. What made the situation worse was the actual repair. I brought my car in because of an issue with the tail light. The side light was working perfectly, but instead of properly diagnosing and repairing the problem, they removed the entire assembly/wiring that was allowing the side light to work. When I told them that I did not want to proceed with the repair because of the way the situation was being handled, they left the wiring/assembly removed, even though that meant I had to drive my car without a functioning side light that had been working before I brought it in. They accommodated my schedule and were able to get the alignment done before I caused damage to my new tires. Since I live on gravel I'm glad to be able to get another alignment when ever I need to over the next year at no cost. The personnel were friendly and explained their services well. I will definitely be going back.

Very straight forward and honest place. Jackson Erickson was cool and easy to chat with and answer questions. Was up front and honest about not being able to patch my flat tire in a customer friendly manner. He also put my spare on for me properly and securely so I have more time to figure out my flat tire. I would definitely recommend this place for sure, especially Jackson Erickson himself. Thank you very much for the excellent service.👌

Very friendly employees. Very helpful and honest. They honored the quote I was given. Great price On Tires and wiper blades. Much cheaper than the dealership.

They ordered in the cheaper tires for me and got them in quickly around a holiday weekend. It turned out that they didn't have the tires they promised me so they had to order more expensive ones, however they were kind enough to give me a discount without me even asking. I will be coming back around. Great service!
